First "Don't Feed the Fox" Event is a wrap!

I heard about this event in early July, and while I didn't participate in the protest on the 7th at the Four Season's, I know many folks that did and I saw the planning from the inside. It was amazing to see the photos when they came out. I wish I could have been there.
Thanks to our amazing photographer who is out there day after day, protest after protest taking some amazing shots. Yesterday, I met her at our local protest and she said she just upgraded her camera! A case in point how everyone has skills they can offer to the resistance!)
Invisible national leaders were skeptical about the idea of a campaign against Fox, but Baltimore groups showed how it could be done to target Sinclair Broadcasting and David Smith's restaurants, some that I use to eat at, such as The Chop Tank in Fells Point. Love the vibe (and food) but no more.
This was a great example of how members from Allies for Democracy and Baltimore City Indivisible and Baltimore County collaborated for an initial event. More are planned against other Atlas Restaurants and members of the Smith family.
This is exactly the sort of power mapping that researchers like Dr. Erica Chenowith suggest, applied locally. (For an introduction to Chenowith's research check out this Hidden Brain podcast on the power of non-violent resistance.)
But on to the Photos!
